The Palace of Peace and Harmony was established as recently as 2006. The building in the form of a pyramid rises above the presidential park and symbolizes the religious tolerance and unity of cultures of all Kazakhstan.

MOSQUE HAZRET SULTAN

Rules of visiting the Hazret Sultan Mosque:
Clothing for both men and women must be closed;
entry into shorts is strictly prohibited;
Women should remove hair and cover it with a handkerchief. If you have inappropriate clothes, you can use the capes that are hanging at the entrance;
Entering the mosque, you need to take your shoes off, putting them in a special locker;
● During prayer, women are not allowed into the main hall under the central dome. There is a women's prayer hall on the second floor. Women are not barred from the main hall at other times.
Hazret Sultan Mosque is the largest mosque in Central Asia. The mosque was built for 3 years and was opened in July 2012. The building of the mosque resembles the eastern palace, and its construction involved more than 1500 builders and masters.
